Recipe: Energy Date Balls

I’ve had a lot of friends asking for this recipe for awhile now so here it is!!

There are so many “little things” I find myself snacking on throughout the day, I can’t help it, I’m hungry all the time! Especially at night I just need a little boost before bed, so I’m not up at midnight storming through the fridge. These little treats solved that problem! They’re dangerously delicious AND super healthy! WIN WIN! Share this with your friends!


Date Energy Balls Date Energy Balls (Vegan, Paleo) makes about 2 dozen Ingredients:

2 cups walnuts, or other nut/seed of choice

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

2 cups soft Medjool dates, pitted

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: In a large food processor fitted with an “S” blade, process the walnuts and coconut until crumbly. Add in the dates, coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt and process again until a sticky, uniform batter is formed.
